About Amy-Lynn Taylor

I am a problem solver and a people person. I love to research solutions, I have a voracious appetite for learning, and an equally voracious appetite for teaching others what I know with empathy and patience. I strive to make the hard to understand simple, not just for customers but for my colleagues as well. I’ve also been told I have a phone manner that could diffuse a hostage situation. I hope I never have to find out though.While I spent the beginning of my working life in 9 to 5 administrative roles, my career to date has been full of interesting, and sometimes unconventional, learning experiences. Over the past 5 years I have been focused on learning, understanding, and supporting customers with SaaS solutions that will help them save time and money. I find I am ridiculously passionate about this. Never content to just “do my job” I am notorious for taking on projects that are often beyond the scope of what I was hired to do. I often ended up being de facto marketing, tech support, and teacher along with my regular duties. I have created websites, implemented naming conventions and folder structures on networks, mapped processes, created training manuals, trained coworkers and designed marketing materials.What this really boils down to is that I am a “go to” person. Exceptionally cranky customer? Ask Amy. Need to learn a new technology or new feature? Ask Amy. Need a poster designed? Ask Amy.
