Served as a spokesperson to international health policy conferences, mainstream and trade press on healthcare regulation, coverage and payment, the President’s Precision Medicine Initiative, and Moonshot Initiative.

Negotiated language changes to the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act that recognized the influence of individual variation in the conduct of comparative effectiveness research and urged the FDA to outline drug-diagnostic regulatory coordination.Developed policy proposals and analysis regarding regulation, domestic and European coverage and payment issues, diagnostics issues and research conducted by the FDA, NIH, CDC, AHRQ and PCORI and the legislative branch.Served as chief policy adviser to the Board of Directors
