CurrentIn my role, I accept referrals according to service protocols. I assess and support individuals with common mental health challenges, helping them manage their recovery. Each client interaction is compassionate and person-centered, focusing on their needs while assessing risks to themselves or others.I make decisions on referral suitability, ensuring clients receive the appropriate care. When needed, I refer them to other services or increase treatment intensity. I provide evidence-based, low-intensity treatments such as guided self-help or computer-based CBT, delivered face-to-face, over the phone, or via other media.As a Group Coordinator, I organize and schedule CBT webinars and face-to-face courses to ensure smooth group therapy delivery. I analyze group data, run statistics, and track outcomes to assess effectiveness. Acting as a mediator, I bridge communication between group facilitators and service leads, ensuring feedback is shared and applied effectively.I work efficiently to minimize wait times and ensure that services remain accessible. I regularly attend multidisciplinary meetings, collaborate with my team, and maintain accurate clinical records, all in line with service protocols.My role also integrates work-related issues into therapy, promoting recovery through an inclusive and respectful approach. I prepare and present clinical information to supervisors, ensuring safe, effective practice and incorporating feedback to continuously improve my work.Supervision and professional development are essential aspects of my role. I stay updated on best practices, mental health legislation, and service policies. While I handle emotionally challenging situations, my passion for making a positive difference keeps me motivated. Despite the challenges, I remain committed to supporting clients on their journey toward better mental health.
