Development and implementation of recruitment procedure for a three-hospital health system with responsibilities ranging from candidate identification and screening to cotract negotiation, on boarding and retention. In addition to recruitment responsiblities, developed several annual events to increase physician and Board engagement.

Produced visuals for magazine covers, envisioned entertaining columns, produced quarterly "souther hospitality" content, styled and edited monthly product pages. Brand development team member in collaboration with Ballard Designs and Dillards. Assisted the Marketing Department with annual Idea Homes and Big Apple BBQ events
