CurrentAssist with hiring process, new employee on-boarding and orientations, including tasks such as setting up interviews, conducting reference checks, completing new hire paperwork, and ensuring new employee files are accurate and complete.Verifies I-9 documentation.Assist in explaining company policies and benefits to new employees.Assist in recruitment efforts for all employees, including placement of ads and reviewing and closing applications.Maintain employee records, reports, directory, and personnel files.Reconcile and set vendor invoices for payment.Assist with planning and completion of employee events.Assist in benefits open-enrollment and administration.Assist in organizational training and development efforts.Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.Assists with processing of terminations.Assists with the preparation of the performance review and feedback forms.Assists HR Director with various research projects and/or special projects.
