Extra activities include leading the Women in Excellence Group for the female managers in our region, also attended the Quarter 3 Bonus Celebration to honor our restaurant in 2014. Increased sales 12% in Quarter 1 and 2 of 2015 over last year's sales. Team Member Voice score above company average at a 76%. I promoted two hourly team members to shift supervisors in 2015 as well as promoted two shift supervisors to salaried positions and one AGM to GM position.
