I am a proactive and committed professional seeking a new opportunity providing career counseling in a higher education or recruiting in a business setting. I have extensive counseling and case management experience along with training, supervision, and public presentation skills. My primary responsibilities included interviewing job seekers, providing career counseling, developing individualized employment plans, job development with employers, and follow along to ensure employment was obtained and maintained. I was a long-standing member of the Statewide Transition Action and Resource Team with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, which was responsible for developing best practices for the transitioning of high school students with disabilities from school to work. I received an outstanding state service award for my work with transition services. I look forward to putting the same energy and commitment into future employment.
