My responsibilities within this organisation included facilitating learning for Functional Skills English and Maths from Entry Level 2 to Level 2. I also had to prepare lessons for Preparation for Life and Work and embed functional skills into all of my sessions as well fundamental British values and equality and diversity.

My responsibilities included supporting learners for a variety of study programmes from Entry Level to Level 2. I also had to support my colleagues in creating schemes of work, lesson plans as well as the accompanying resources in order to facilitate Employability sessions to different study programmes. It was my role to ensure that all learners were Safeguarded and had someone to talk to if it was required.

Within this role I was required to support students on a variety of study programmes on different levels from Entry Level 3 to Level 3. My main group was an Entry Level 3 Hair and Beauty group who I supported across the entirety of their study programme and also facilitated 2 hours a week of Employability sessions, with this I had to ensure that I had a scheme of work, lesson plans as well as accompanying resources.
