I have a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification and a degree in psychology, which enable me to apply strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills to my role. I am proficient in pay structures, employee relations, and HR policies, and I have contributed to several initiatives to enhance the compensation system, such as conducting market surveys, developing salary ranges, and creating pay equity reports. I am passionate about supporting the mission and vision of Lone Star College, which is to provide high-quality education and workforce development opportunities to the diverse communities it serves.
