- Provided logistics expertise to Under Secretary of the Air Force International Affairs in support of international programs, policies, and mobility airlift foreign military sales cases.- Coordinated staff support thru critical phases of the Strategic Airlift Consortium (SAC) C-17 stand-up. The SAC C-17 program is first-ever multinational alliance involving 12 partner nations who pooled resources together to acquire/operate 3 C-17s through the FMS process.
