The Product Analyst, Software Integrations, is responsible for helping develop and execute thestrategy for how 3rd party software vendors integrate into Patterson Dental’s practice managementsoftware ecosystem. This includes managing the technical needs of existing vendor integrations as well as engaging with new vendors who desire to integrate. This role works closely with the practice management product managers to ensure overall product roadmap alignment. The role includes responsibility for vendor communications, contract negotiations and cross functional integration project management.

• Assures eServices Sales goals are met by managing the performance of eServices Sales Specialists for all business units: Dental and Veterinary• Monitors eServices financials and recognize trends• Reviews team procedures and develops/researches ways to increase efficiencies and effectiveness• Completes sales monthly reporting • Evaluates sales calls for each team member and works with them on an individual and team basis to improve sales approach, presentation of the value of eServices and closing skills• Helps eServices Sales Specialists set and reach goals for sales growth, cold calls and professional development• Identifies team training needs• Conducts/completes yearly reviews, quarterly one-on-one’s and monthly team meetings• Handles daily personnel matters (e.g., personal time off, shifts coverage etc.)
