Hi, I’m Amy Pickard, I am the National Trade Account Manager for BETTALIFE®. I completed my degree in Equine Management at Askham Bryan alongside passing my BHS Stage exams up to Stage 3. I have loved working alongside horses for many years and owned horses since I was 7 years old.I previously worked in the retail sector so I have an understanding from both views of trade, I have also worked on a professional dressage yard where my love and understanding of dressage began.I competed with British Eventing internationally before taking early retirement in 2015 to keep my feet firmly on the ground with new horse Oakey concentrating on British Dressage. Since starting with BD in 2017 I have completed 3 x BD National Competitions and won 2 Regional Titles. I am now focusing on training up the levels for the future.I really enjoy working with people in the equine industry and BETTALIFE® has really allowed thatto happen, from interacting with staff in stores to educating customers about our products in order to help their horses. I am really excited to be a part of taking the supplement industry in a new direction by offering clear and focused products designed for the customer and retailer in mind.
