Responsibilities included PR & communications, creative & brand, solutions marketing, national events, campaigns, field marketing, sales automation, sales training & leadership development, and annual sales conferences.

Launched a sales excellence program consisting of sales training and tools to support rapid M&A activity and the cultural shift from single-line, product-focused selling to multi-line, customer-focused cross-selling. Implemented a broad based sales mobility strategy including tablet devices, a virtual collateral portal, on-demand print/promotional procurement, and end-user support.

Gen110 helped bring a new green energy product to market that financed solar installation for consumers. Gen110 was funded by KPCB in 2011 and acquired by Solar Universe in 2013.

Promoted to lead the content strategy for sales learning across ADP's Employer Services division

Promoted to manage Sales Learning as well as Leadership Development programs for ADP's outside sales forces in the PEO, ASO, and Small Business Markets.

Promoted to oversee all aspects of ADP's Sales Leadership Academy. Collaborated with leaders in Sales, Sales Operations, and Human Resources to create talent development solutions that dramatically reduced vacancy rates, increased new manager performance against plan, and improved retention in outside sales management roles
