Liaise with adult education grantees and partners to coordinate development, oversight, and implementation of adult educational services. Deliver efficient, reliable, and effective services to adult learners with keen focus on basic skills and occupational trainings by providing professional development and technical assistance to adult education grantees. Conduct detailed research regarding additional funding opportunities offered by adult education and workforce training entities, agencies, and organizations.
