I have developed an expertise in management and related positions over the past 21 years. I started as a dental assistant in 2002. I graduated with honors from an accelerated certified dental assisting program in nine months. I also received a certificate in x-ray from the neck up through Boston University at the same time. I was hired directly from my internship. I quickly outgrew my assistant role and was put at the front desk. I ran back and forth, going from assistant to receptionist, for a few months. I was quickly promoted to Office Administrator. I stayed in the dental field for over 16 years, becoming Office manager at different dental offices before switching fields. I then worked as an administrative assistant in the industrial tool field. Where I stayed until covid. I then took care of the elderly by volunteering at my local senior center as well as working privately through a small company. I am currently working sales in the health and wellness field. I have carried many of my qualifications into my current field. I have an excellent ability to build positive rapport with customers and employers while remaining professional as well as upholding a strong public image. I have proven problem solving and organizational skills while managing and multi-tasking within a fast paced environment. I am currently updating my skills with several online classes.
