I have had the opportunity to work with a verity of client eg. age, diagnosis's, beliefs, culture etc. It has given me great experience and knowledge when working with people. Especially in regards to creating person centred care plans and accessible resources that are fitting to each persons needs. As I have the drive and passion to grow within my field I find myself striving within the work force to continue my learning. I have been promoted twice in the last year as I have been granted the responsibly of supervisor within 3 months of graduating from my Addictions and Mental Health program to supervisor to achieving program manger within 6 months of graduating.With my education I am able to relocate and keep pursuing my career in many countries
