Utilize a Collective Impact approach, combined with marketing and communications expertise in addition to private/public cross sector collaboration to implement the eight recommendations articulated in the Institute of Medicine’s (IOM) report; The Future of Nursing: Leading Change, Advancing Health. The effort to implement the IOM recommendations is part of a national “Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action” effort, which is backed by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and AARP.

Currently taking a leadership role in multiple state run initiatives as the SERK lead liaison for PA One Book, Every Young Child program and the Family Engagement Pilot Program. Created the Provider Resource Festival designed to add value to SERK providers by combining professional development courses with accessibility to both essential and program enrichment vendors. Managed the execution of the event from concept through clean-up.
