How am I introduced? Most often I hear myself being called the "jack of all trades" or the "get it done girl." I love it! I am both of these and so much more. I am a passionate about people, meeting them, building relationships, earning trust and respect. I challenge myself to learn something new every day and I try to do it with people I've not met before. Being present in the conversation, actively listening, and thanking them for sharing can make the biggest impression on someone, not to mention that I've just learned something new! Goal met... check!I love the challenge of creating streamlined solutions that impact how and what we do everyday. Developing and educating on processes in order to align the expectations of others is an extremely rewarding challenge. If you are empowered with the knowledge and translate it into something with value, you've just created buy in. Sometimes it's the most simple of explanations. I've been a jack of all trades my entire adult life. The one constant... people. Interaction, building trust and respect, connecting on a personal level are all qualities that I strive to embody whether in business or in my personal life. I am a mom, wife, crazy dog owner (I'm not crazy... it's the dogs!) and I am thankful for each day.
