Responsible for coordinating artworks from beginning to delivery to printer for L'Oreal and Garnier Haircolour. I have managed several large scale renovations alongside smaller projects concurrently for well known brands. Ensuring strict RTP deadlines are achieved. Dealing with specific market contacts for multiple European countries and Scandinavia, in addition to Australia & Canada. Coordinating meetings with artists & QC teams to pre-flight receiving HD and Master Files from the Printer. Ensuring deliverables are fit for use, including; copy documents, lab docs (ingredients), formulaires, and images.Briefing templates, technical drawings and artworks. Managing the schedules of multiple artists and QC members. Liaising with plants (factories), L'Oreal head office for Haircolour, countries and printers.Attending multiple calls a week to provide updates on project status.Coordinating meetings with artists & QC teams to pre-flight BAT files. Scheduling artworks to be updated with BAT (approved colour work/repro).Releasing files to Printers via bespoke systems.
