I lead on major projects for the Property Services Business of Wates Construction Ltd. This includes developing and implementing strategies, designing new offers to the market and heading up large tenders. To do this I lead teams, set the project plan and drive the key milestones to success. NED Role: In 2024 I became an Independent Board Director for Tpas: Tpas works to improve tenant engagement standards across the country. Term of Office 2024 – 2027. I have been working on the implementation of this Strategy within Wates Property Services, along side works involving PAS 2035, PAS 2038, BSA, Pre-contract, Technical Bid Support and working in a Task Force to develop and deliver the new Wates Purpose.2006-2016: I was the Affordable Housing Bid Centre Director in Wates for over 10 years. I have successfully bid in the Affordable Housing Market for New Build, Refurbishment and Energy Projects/Programmes. Working on Single Stage Tenders, 2-Stage Tenders, Feasibility Advice, Investment Proposals and PFI Projects.
