In 2013 I was offered the opportunity to set up a Construction Training School along side other team members. In 2015 we then set up a sister company Construction Training Assessments Ltd, who are a lead provider within Vocational Qualifications and Customer Site based training. During this time my role included day to day office administration, Lead sales, bookkeeping duties, team leader and assistant marketing manager. I then grew into the role of a Centre Manager for three locations (Doncaster, Maltby & Norfolk) and during this time I took on the role of Operations Director which helped me grow my skills and knowledge within the Construction and Education sector.- Sales- Customer Service- Business Development Management (BDM)- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)- Marketing - Admistration- Basic Finance Duties- Basic HR Duties- Operational Management - Training- Construction

After my previous role unfortunately ceasing due to COVID-19 I was offered the opportunity from KH Plant Training (Kieron Honeyman) to continue my skills within his new Construction Training Centre.The role I took on was 'Plant Training Manager' and within this role I was responsible for sales, team leadership, marketing, training and development and document control along with Centre Manager duties. I also took on the role of training new staff members to be familiar with the industry and the training sector. I was grateful for the opportunity to grow into new accreditations I had not yet had any dealings with and during this time I have learnt a lot from Kieron and his team.

Basic Introductory into construction and plant machinery within a family business.

I started my working career by completing a Business Management apprenticeship in 2010, which I completed in 2012 and was offered the opportunity to manage a Riding School which I did for a further two years.In this time I also completed an In House Certified Trainee Course for Forklift and Tractor to assist with deliveries and hay bales.
