As the Catering Sales Manager, I assist our guests with reserving private event and meeting space. I work with corporate events and meetings, social events and weddings. My goal is always to respond to guests with prompt and detailed information.

Greater Milwaukee Area

As the Sales & Catering Coordinator, I worked directly for the Director of Sales, Group Sales Manager and Catering Sales Manager. I answered the phone for the sales office and qualified the phone calls for the managers. I assisted on a daily basis with office organization and event details.

As the Executive Assistant, I reported directly to the hotel's General Manager, Controller and Director of Human Resources. I answered the general office phone and directed calls to the appropriate person. I organized files, worked on Human Resources specialty projects and planned associate events.

As the Food & Beverage Supervisor I managed the daily breakfast and lunch shifts for the hotel's restaurants. I had up to 6 associates at a time reporting to me and managed the schedule for up to 30 associates.
