Each role has provided me with broad experience and unique perspectives that have enabled me to find solutions to complex challenges and to maximize potential opportunities. I am a life-long learner on a wide range of subjects—from biblical theology to leadership development to organizational systems to digital communication to nonprofit fundraising to succession planning. One example is the completion of my doctoral program in 2012 with the final research project being the development of a succession plan process for the speaker of Time of Grace media ministry.My own personal experiences and those of other leaders have taught me about the role of change in organizations. Although there are some things that must never change, there are many things that may change and some that must change in order to carry out the organization’s mission and vision.
