I am a skilled administrator working within a family Construction business handling accounting, payroll, recruitment, tender preparation and work place health and safety.I have a proven history working closely with internal and external stakeholder for a collaborative approach across all areas of business. In my previous roles, I worked within the finance industry for 15 years, assisting customer with complex enquires and mitigating complaints. During this time, I also led large teams as a Branch Manager where my primary objective was to create an inclusive and diverse team through continuous coaching to assist in achieving successful outcomes. Personally I am highly organized, results driven, goal orientated and focused.
