Following the purchase of SAS by Publicis Groupe, I worked with senior leadership and the MSLGROUP UK Board to deliver integration across three UK agencies, SAS London, Capital MSL and MSL London to form MSLGROUP UK. Areas of focus included Business Development, Brand and Marketing, Operations and Talent Strategy.

Clients included: Ernst & Young, Land Sec, Bloomberg, Herbert Smith Freehills, ING Real Estate, Royal Bank of Scotland, UnileverResponsibilities:• Work closely with clients to understand challenges and lead diverse teams to deliver meaningful, engaging communications.• Provide project direction and governance.• Lead, manage and develop a team of five project managers.• Manage team finances and targets and monitor project profitability. • Lead account manager on key accounts, Ernst & Young recruitment marketing and Land Securities reporting suite as well as BT, Unilever, Sainsbury’s, RBS and Bloomberg. • Delivered £70-80K fee revenue per month and had overall responsibility for achieving team targets of £2,500,000 annually.• Work closely with management team to define working processes, recruit the best talent and mentor colleagues.
