I am a driven individual always willing to challenge myself. Never one to shy away from difficult prospects. I take a lot of pride in my work which has resulted in many accomplishments. A great communicator that loves working with people, understanding the value of building and maintaining strong relationships. Obtaining development opportunities by sharing knowledge, learning new skills and techniques from those relationships built. Nonetheless still driven whilst working solo.I have gained various skills many of which are transferable, enabling confidence when collaborating and challenging decisions being made by a wide range of people and organisations at all levels.Development is a key part of who I am, continually having the desire to progress further. Having previously completed my Business Administration diploma alongside a full-time administrator role. My future development goal is to obtain an analytical degree, enhancing my current skillset and learning additional skills, gaining more value and depth to my work.
