I'm a trained Chef with a passion for Patissiere.I studied Professional Catering and Front of House for three years specialising in Patissiere in my final year. Studying both front and back of house has given me a good understanding and knowledge of how businesses run on a larger scale.During my studies, I competed in Salon Culinaire on two separate occasions and won gold both times.I have experience working in high-end kitchens like the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London and BAFTA 195 Piccadilly.
