• During the start of the COVID-19 pandemic I undertook work for Waitrose to help facilitate the partnership in maintaining food supplies for the public, including working under stressful conditions.

• Instructed and engaged visitors to interact with old maps, books and photographs within the archive.
• Independently managed and maintained important archives the artist brought over from Ghana, as well as managing the archive section of the gallery space.
• I had the opportunity to link people to past connections as well as being privileged to hear their stories from Ghana; some families learnt about their forgotten histories through the archives

Manchester Metropolitan Area

• Led group discussions between 20 students to plan and execute student takeovers in response to the changing exhibitions of the gallery, working collectively to create the event.
• Effectively coordinated between the clashing interests of a large group of students by balancing and compromising between ideas.
• Simultaneously liaised between different donor and interest groups to plan long-term large-scale events, as well as developing small weekly workshops.
• Successfully negotiated, and won, £300 extra funding from the Students Union funding programme.
• Took an initial event idea to fruition, as we executed a successful student takeover of the whole gallery; including dancers, speakers, musicians and performance art.
