Recruiting- Pulling eligible candidates’ resumes/applications, calling for phone screens and setting up interviews/plant tours, hiring the employee, new hire orientation, and maintaining employee files.Building employee relations, and planning company events.And administering pay and benefits and enforcing company policies and practices.Putting training matrixes into place to help identify the departmental needs, working 1 on 1 with supervisors daily with any employee personnel ensuring appropriate disciplinary actions are taken in compliance with ADA and EEOC.Payroll -Processing all time and attendance for employees assuring they are paid correctly, helping maintain benefit files, and entering new hires into the payroll system.Accounts Payable, processing all invoices with matched packing slips entering them into our GSS system, monthly journal entries to ensure all accounts are reconciled correctly, and projecting weekly check runs to pay vendors for our purchased goods.
