In my work as an award-winning leadership and wellbeing coach and trainer, I am privileged to partner with established and emerging leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them to lead themselves and others to find their voice, fulfil their potential, and soundly beat stress, overwhelm and self-doubt.In my private practice as a clinical hypnotherapist, I support clients to live the quality of life they deserve – helping them to overcome chronic stress, anxiety and depression; get a good night’s sleep; improve sports performance; and ease phobias including public speaking, spiders, and all those other challenges our brain can throw at us.Drawing on my 13 years of leadership in fast-growing business in the EdTech sector, I work closely with SETsquared in Bristol, the global #1 university business incubator, coaching, training and mentoring their founder directors and teams. And the highlight of my year is working with undergraduates and post-graduates at Cardiff Business School to prepare them for the workplace.In short, I specialise in enabling individuals to excel under stress, with a particular interest in supporting female founders and emerging leaders to shine.I am honoured to have been awarded Wellbeing Coach of the Year for the Bristol Prestige Awards 2020, shortlisted as Small Business Coach 2019 by the International Coaching Awards, and to win Hypnotherapy Specialist of the Year for the LTG Spa and Wellness Awards 2019/20.

With stress now the number one cause of long term absence from work, understanding the science of the brain can play a powerful role in maximising the performance of leaders and their teams. In private practice, I work with Senior Executives to help them overcome the debilitating effects of chronic stress, anxiety, depression and phobias. I am a fully insured and qualified solution-focused hypnotherapist, specialising in effective help with stress, sleep, panic attacks, phobias and self confidence.

Practice is a coaching and consulting firm focused on facilitating great leadership and organisational behaviours in fast growing private companies. We help establish vision, objectives, focus and accountability underpinned by a culture of values, strengths and teamwork.Initially as Lead Associate, then joining Founder Director, Alice Chapman, as her Business Partner, it was an honour to facilitate and develop high performance people, teams and businesses with the aim of coaching our clients to sustainable success.

I was a member of the Senior Leadership Team responsible for the successful merger of TABS Training and TLE on their acquisition by learndirect. As Director of Operations I led on the resolution of many of the significant challenges and opportunities resulting from the overnight growth of the business by 50% and 200 new members of staff. We moved quickly to restructure the £12m organisation, choosing to split Operations from Quality and Audit; I was delighted to move to the position of Director of Quality. In this role I led the newly merged network of 25 centres from a serious 'no assurance' risk rating to 'high assurance' within 9 months and achieved 96% customer satisfaction. In addition we designed and rolled out 13 new accredited qualifications to over 5,000 learners via a robust Programme Development Framework.

An Executive Coach and Business Consultant, specialising in performance management and development for the employment and skills sector.Projects included senior management coaching for business growth; risk management; and the design and implementation of Right First Time compliance processes for a £5m rapid growth Adult Skills Budget training provider.

Accountable for business development and learndirect delivery of skills and qualifications to adults and businesses across the South West, including the delivery of £12m of government contracts per annum via a dispersed network of providers. Secured £2.5m of new business in 2011 co-leading a complex, national new business project.Transformed the South West from the lowest to highest performing region across all target areas within three years. At the same time achieving a grade two "good" rating from Ofsted and the lowest audit recovery rate ever for Ufi in 2008/09.

A complex role responsible for the success of three critical areas:1. Set up and initial project management of a whole scale Delivery Chain Review designed to reduce operating costs by £10m (45%).2. Head of the UK online network of over 6000 centres, overhauling all systems and processes to re-secure a good risk rating from internal auditors and ensure greater efficiency, consistency and transparency.3. Project owner for the first year of delivery of the Home Office contract for Life in the UK Citizenship tests via 80 assessment centres across England and Scotland.

Led the region to turnaround performance, delivering government contracts totalling £28m per annum. Secured £2m of ESF funding to pilot innovative workforce development across London and established strong strategic partnerships with key stakeholder bodies such as the pan-London Strategic Area Review. Developed a profile as a respected presenter speaking on the benefits of e-learning at events hosted by bodies such as the Institute of Small Business Advisers, and the Greater London Authority event 'Connecting People: Tackling Exclusion'.Prior to being Director, led a highly successful £0.74m marketing campaign targeting hard to reach groups of London learners at a very local level, resulting in 25% increase in literacy and numeracy course enrolments.
