About Amy Franks

Amy Franks graduated from Temple University in 2014 with a B.A in Tourism and Hospitality Management, with honors. Upon graduation, she accepted a position with Aramark, one of the leading food service companies in the world, in their Management Training Program. Amy moved to New York City to work as a Food Service Manager at the Bank of New York account. Soon after starting in New York City, Amy helped Aramark grow the business by assisting in the opening of 13 new locations. She played a key facilitation role in the building of relationships and implementation of technology, while working within a three month launch period. Just 8 months after starting the position in New York City, Amy was offered the promotion to Catering Director at FedEx in Memphis TN. After acting as Catering Director, she was promoted to Food Service Director within a few months. In December 2017, Amy decided it was time to move closer to Philadelphia. Being offered the Food Service Manager position at Chubb Insurance, Amy was able to make her mark and quickly get promoted into her previous as Food Service Director at Independence Blue Cross. Amy spent 2 1/2 year with the Unidine Corporation, owned by Compass Group North America. In her role as Operations Excellence Manager, she was responsible for transitioning and opening up new business in the senior living, and healthcare sectors across the country. Acting as Operational Team Leader, Amy coordinated the opening process, implemented operational procedures, and conducted the on-boarding process with new team members. Amy has been a member of the JLL team for 2.5 years, first serving on Amazon's Food Program team, and then joining the Work Dynamics Central Team. In her current role, Amy supports a number of clients on strategy, mobilization, and optimization projects. Amy is passionate about driving innovation, growing the business, and achieving actionable goals and objectives, all while sustaining relationships. She also believes that the key to building sales and partnerships is by developing trustworthy, meaningful relationships with customers and clients alike. Amy is always thinking about the next steps, and developing challenging, yet reasonable action plans towards the future.
