As Manager of People & Culture with Rohit Group of Companies, Amy is responsible for the leadership and development of a people program that builds an exceptional employee experience and workplace culture that contributes to a high-performance organization. After 12 years of marketing the Rohit brand to consumers and business partners in marketing and sales roles, Amy is now putting her experience to work in new ways, promoting the business to potential employees with unbridled and often disruptive enthusiasm.

As Marketing Manager for Rohit Group of Companies, Amy is responsible for leading and developing the marketing strategy, policies and promotions. An integral part of the team since 2006, Amy spearheaded the marketing and sales of Greenview Landing, working with the City of Edmonton to bring the pilot project of Edmonton’s First Place Program to its successful completion. Today, Amy coordinates the launch of all advertising, media, corporate events, and sales centre and showhome design. She has also implemented a streamlined point-of-sale program and launched new internet marketing campaigns including improving search engine optimization and the development of award winning websites.
