Worked with board of directors and volunteers to raise awareness of, and funding for, MAC. In collaboration with board of director's committees established goals, strategies, and procedures to increase community visibility and annual giving through Friends of MAC, program sponsor donations, and planned giving.

The Vice President of Research and Development (VPR&D) is responsible for directing and overseeing the organization's research and development policies, objectives, and initiatives to support its vision, mission, and strategic plan. The VPR&D must collaborate with other functional units to improve existing products and services, is responsible for maintaining data integrity and accuracy of research documentation and is responsible for research and product accuracy and quality.

Supporting new initiatives, resesearch and development, and facilitating cross-functional work and communication. Representing the Center at conferences and other events, developing and providing training to potential and current clients.

Responsible for development and implementation of client training materials and resources (e.g., workshops, online support materials, training CD) and strategic plan to maintain excellent client service through company growth. Also involved in marketing and product development/research initiatives.
