Through my professional and volunteer experiences, I have extensive experience in training design/facilitation and meeting facilitation. As a member of the leadership team at The IDEA Center, I was involved in strategic planning at both the organizational and work group level. I consulted with numerous colleges and universities to assist with their implementation of IDEA products and services and to transition their institutions to adopt new policies and processes related to faculty development and the evaluation of teaching effectiveness.Recently I have contracted with the International Teaching Learning Cooperative (ITLC) to serve as an editor and a contributing writer to The Scholarly Teacher Blog.
