• Responsible for the non-MRO Material Master Maintenance (ZMMR) process and working with Business SMEs for all Hexion sites. This includes roll-out to new businesses and daily management for businesses currently using the ZMMR process. • Provide support and problem resolution to Global Hexion business users on a daily basis regarding materials management in proper utilization of corporate Material Master data and associated requirements. Coordinate and direct activities around projects (i.e. MRP, mass load of materials, and data consolidation / clean up). • Support end users in their day-to-day activities through one-on-one based opportunity training and provide technical guidance to determine SAP solutions for problems in their normal work process. • Process work involves responsibility for combining business process and system functions into working solutions to meet business needs. Process development requires consultation with end users and IT to design, develop, configure, and test new business processes. Responsibilities also include ongoing process improvement initiatives. • Steward of the global material master description field. • BPO of the Material Introduction and Maintenance (MIM) process for Hexion. This will require an active leadership role in designing the next generation of the MIM process, security access approvals as well as process troubleshooting.
