- Create production timelines for campaigns including TV, radio and social media assets.- Track and manage status, creative check in reviews, deliverables and approvals from project kick o ff until completion.- Create UTM codes, URL tracking and traffic sheets.- Cutting PO's and processing invoices.- Create traffic instructions and communicate with TV & radio stations to deliver final assets.- Establish, control, and monitor the agency’s workflow by identifying resources needed, assigning responsibilities, and maintaining project timelines.- Work together with the Managing Director, VP Creative Services, Account Managers, Finance Department, and Media teams to implement an e cient work process and sound creative development process, in order to deliver high-quality concepts, productions, and print and digital materials.- Manage TV, Radio, and Digital/Social content productions from pre-production through post-production for clients such as Southeast Toyota and Florida Power & Light.- Responsible for writing, editing, proofreading and QC of multilingual advertising content and marketing materials for print, digital and broadcast platforms.- Manage all budget and billing aspects of the project.- QC’d digital banners, radio and TV spots prior to tra ffic.- Revise TV & Radio scripts to include relevant legal o ffers and creative.
