Driven by empathy and responsibility to change lives and make a concrete community impact. I specialize in providing customized assessments for employability to people with intellectual disabilities, making recommendations for obtaining well matched employment opportunities, and creating and implementing unique tools for successful job training. I am currently working to improve my specialized knowledge of various cognitive disabilities, effective accommodation tools, and the issues or roadblocks to successful independent and competitive employment these consumers face.
