Collected documents needed from participants applying for Section 8 housing assistance. Answered phones and assisted participants with questions they had regarding Section 8 housing requirements. Advanced to the financial department after six months of working as a third party document collector. Calculated participant’s income and entered information into our shared software programs for the State of Michigan. Audited our files for accuracy before they were evaluated by MSHDA.
