• Contributed to driving $868M in sales revenue for Wild Fable, achieving a +4% Comp, +$13.5M to plan, and a GM% of 49.3% during FY23 while driving record-breaking months from Aug – Nov, with Aug alone generating $91M in sales and $22.7M in weekly sales, representing the largest August in Wild Fable’s history along with the largest Apparel Front-of-Store moment• Significantly enhanced inventory availability by 18.6% across the digital fulfillment platform, achieved through diligent maintenance of a clean, active digital catalog, guaranteeing an optimal digital experience for guests. Successfully lowered the Ship OOS % to 0.7% this year, a substantial decrease from 19.3% last year. Maintained Active Item Purchasability across all categories consistently above 90%, surpassing the targeted goal of 78%• Initiated strategic discussions with the Planning and Merchandising teams to maintain a 6 WOS for T#1 purchase orders for TFCs, strategically improving inventory positioning for online unique (ONLU) and crossover items. This optimization contributes to cost efficiency in fulfilling online orders for our guests, aligning with our commitment to delivering a Best-in-Class Guest Experience while addressing the complexities of our extensive Omnichannel fulfillment network and store network.
