* Full responsibility for 200+ SKUs: cosmetics, homeware, electronics, textiles, and hard goods. D2C & professional.* Manage sourcing across Far East, UK, Europe & USA, negotiating contracts for both ‘off-the-shelf’ product and true ground-up NPD.* Ownership of all parts of critical path, from concept to delivery, including formulation, sampling, lab testing, packaging prototypes, labelling, and translations.* Lead contact for all supplier comms, across 25+ suppliers, managing 30+ product launches and updates in role to date.* Manage costing sheets, plus raising of POs and processing supplier invoices.* Liaise closely with Marketing and Planning to align product launches and updates with campaigns, photography and stock inventory.* Ensure product compliance to UK & EU regs, updating labelling, safety data sheets and product notifications.* Onboard industry accreditations, and range-wide move to vegan formulations.* Collate and maintain Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) data, and implement changes for forthcoming Simpler Recycling UK regs.

* Implemented and mentored business owners in core NPD project management processes (EG range plan, critical path, product specs, compliance testing), and guided graduate recruits in these procedures. * Led the design and development of homeware, accessories and apparel including: soft furnishings, bedding, childrenswear and babywear, and toys.* Conducted competitor reviews and gap analysis, to present my long and short-term range plan strategy to management.* Managed design process: concept research, brief creation, remote design team management, and artwork amends (putting into repeat & colour separation).

* Owned critical path from concept to completion, managing multiple projects simultaneously (strollers & car seats). For example, I dual-sourced and cost-engineered 7 key car seats for simultaneous re-launch.* Identified brand values and calculated price point to redesign the top-selling car seat to capture the newborn market, and make a major aesthetic step change, including new branding and packaging.* Built strong relationships with Far East suppliers, successfully managing sealing process for both quality and safety compliance, as well as co-ordinating lab dips, handlooms and strike-offs.* Mentored junior colleagues, building strong relationships with internal remote teams.

* Led soft goods design on NPD pram travel systems ‘Wayfarer’ and ‘Reflex’ which became the largest volume sellers in the range. Each project spanned 12-18 months and each involved 12-14 soft goods pieces.* Work included repeat pattern, silk screen print, digital print, embroidery, decorative hard and soft trims, PU/FR coatings and Eco fabric qualities.* Created and rolled out a more accurate and streamlined method of technical specification including soft goods, hard goods, labelling and packaging. Product included: prams, accessories and car seats.

* From trend and competitor research via trade shows and research trips, I identified opportunities and ideated concepts, designing woven and knitted seasonal menswear collections, including both garment and textile design.* Created new branding, wrote marketing copy, and collated and communicated weekly sales figures to the board.* Calculated product costings, designing product within budget to agreed tiered category price points.

* Managed logistics for 10-1000+ person events, in UK and overseas.* Managed key accounts for global brands (EG Johnson & Johnson, Ortho Biotech).* Led personnel (in-house teams & external agency staff), pre-event and onsite.* Sourced suppliers and negotiated contracts/rates.
