Amy Voss is part of the Flight Standards and business development team at Cirrus Aircraft as a Regional Training Manager, overseeing a network of over 350 skilled flight training professionals. In this role, she collaborates with other internal teams at Cirrus, ensures the quality of existing partners and develops new flight training relationships throughout the Eastern US and Canada, Australia and Asia. She is the author and presenter of the Regional Partner Seminar, a one day seminar delivered internationally, which focuses on strategies to help flight training businesses grow and succeed.In addition to her efforts within Cirrus, Amy also is a co-host on the podcast, “The Flight School Business Lab” designed to bridge the gap between ‘flight school’ and ‘aviation business’. She has also been a guest on the podcast, “Simple Flight” discussing personal minimums and the importance of good aeronautical decision making and self awareness as pilot in command. Outside of work, Amy is an avid endurance athlete. She has completed two marathons, multiple triathlons and the Patagonman, an extreme, full Ironman distance event in Patagonia, Chile. She brings her passion for running to volunteer opportunities, coaching for Girls on the Run and volunteering at several races throughout the Chicago area.
