My goal is always to be a trusted advisor and partner to my clients, to coordinate my firm's resources and services to best advance their goals and objectives, and to do so ethically and authentically. I have deep experience with: structuring and marketing bond offerings; strategic advice covering acquisitions, divestitures, and other partnerships pertaining to acute care or other service lines; writing and presenting proposals and business pitches to management teams and Boards; financial planning pertaining to capital structure, debt capacity and credit analysis; new and ongoing investor relations programs including quarterly investor calls and national roadshow meetings; and review of legal and marketing documents for optimal pricing and future flexibility. I also served as staffer/manager for the growth and development of our junior professionals for many years, and oversaw marketing efforts including a quarterly newsletter for our business team. Since 2004 I was proud to run the Annual Not-for-Profit Health Care Investor Conference co-sponsored by Citi, the American Hospital Association and Healthcare Financial Management Association. This is the only Conference that for over 20 years has been dedicated exclusively to dialogue between not-for-profit health systems and their supporters and stakeholders. The Conference unites >500 individuals each year, including >100 health system executives with investors, lenders, issuers, rating analysts and prospective partners. In 2016, I also founded an Annual Women's Networking Reception that coincides with our Conference and brings together >100 women each year from across the health care industry and capital markets, to build their networks and share ideas.
