Responsible for approximately 625+ employees within New England.Training and Development Manager (reporting to the Director of Human Resources) Design, develop, deliver, support, &/or drive programs to align with key business initiatives such as on-boarding, leadership development, recognition, safety, compliance, vendor programs, career path, performance management, succession, learning plans, sales, products, ISO and internal applications. Develop, facilitate and or drive eCommerce, Sales Pro, Profit Sims, Leadership Development, Insights & CRM training with direct impact on sales increase and EBIT. With 70% retention, recruit for, mentor, manage & drive STEP (emerging leader) program. Travel to, plan and host residencies for up to 50 “trainees”. Awarded tED’s 30 under 35 award for 7 recipients. Steer local ERG’s (DEI, WATT, CONNECT) to drive engagement and community service activities. On Board of Directors for National ADAPT (Abled & Disabled Associates Partnering Together) chapter. Major contributor to Mattingly Mental Health in the Workplace Award. Coach and provide feedback to tap employee potential; coach Action Learning and President Presentation projects; Learning Council member for national strategy & best practices. Collaborate with key business leaders to drive performance, create a learning culture and drive change. Rollout SuccessFactors - performance management system adopted by entire organization to build our bench, drive engagement, talent reviews, succession & performance.
