I began my journey as a vendor for Microsoft in 2008 supporting call center operations. Over the last 15 years I've continued to work in a vendor capacity through customer service and support for Visual Studio Subscriptions and Microsoft Volume Licensing, eventually moving over to marketing for Visual Studio Subscriptions. In my call center role, I started by answering phones and moved up into management to lead a phenomenal team of people that provided customer support. Once I joined Visual Studio Subscriptions Marketing, I shifted my focus to drive customer experience and create content for a system transition, and to develop a communication strategy for Visual Studio Subscriptions admins. I now provide account management and strategic support for that account and am always looking for additional creative growth opportunities.
