Led an organization-wide staffing map project to integrate the finance, talent and HR functions with simple and efficient data management tools, leading to schools more accurately predicting hiring needs 5 months earlier. Designed an organization-wide recognition program called CA Celebrates! to acknowledge staff achievements during COVID and build community across seven schools through quarterly virtual Zoom celebrations.

Launched the operations of a high school in its first three years. Initiated and improved systems related to student information systems, student enrollment, transportation, food services, technology, academic scheduling, testing, student data, state reporting, and attendance as our school grew from 150 to nearly 500 students.Taught English I in our school’s founding year in addition to operations responsibilities. Students in my English class averaged 2.8 years of reading growth over a single academic year as measured by the MAP reading assessment.

Conducted analysis of district-wide teacher evaluation, retention, and retirement data to inform teacher retention efforts. Structured a 3-year teacher exit survey strategy as a data collection tool leading to a 7% increase in survey completion rate.
