Designed a comprehensive acquisition strategy for the 2023-24 school year hiring season including a hiring calendar, aligned data systems, and pipeline development plan. Collaborated with school leaders to build hiring teams across school campuses, decreasing average time to hire across the network’s seven schools from over one month to two weeks.

Led weekly school leaders meetings to design hiring processes, improve candidate experience, set achievable hiring goals and measure progress to goals.
