I lead digital design for the Workforce Technology team within Disney. My work focuses on enterprise tools and touches all businesses and regions within the company, including Corporate, ESPN, Media Distribution, Studios, General Entertainment, and International.

As a project lead, I designed end-to-end experiences for products internal to Disney. I also oversaw the creation of a design system.

Using the information I gained via user testing and analytics, I recommended key structural design updates to Toyota's Mirai microsite. I led the charge in creating a set of patterns, new navigation, a new pricing/specs module, and more.I also designed tools and led usability testing for the Prius Prime page on Toyota.com.

I applied data-driven, user-centered design to digital projects for Disney Parks and Resorts. I led a Testing and Optimization effort and worked on commerce and innovation projects.

From discovery to delivery, I partnered with product teams and developers to design features for Nordstrom.com and the mobile website. I conducted competitive analyses, wrote scenarios based on personas, created flows & wireframes, and designed UI. I also worked closely with usability research teams to test my designs. My final decisions were driven by data and research, and I always advocated for the best user experience possible.

I designed user interfaces for the Evri for iPad application, the Evri Facebook app, and marketing materials. I created user flows, wireframes, prototypes, pixel designs, style guides and specs. My projects ranged from personalization to social media to sports content to news content.
