*Confer with internal customers and member companies to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills*Write/edit job descriptions*Develop recruitment programs, budgets, and collateral to attract applicants and fill specific job openings*Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
