•Recruit, onboard, and train student-staff to provide tutoring support to a diverse population of students in disciplines of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Math and Statistics.•Recruit, onboard, and train 10 undergraduate student tutors to support the Student-Athlete Support Program (SASP). •Manage and mentor 50 Peer Educators, ranging from undergraduate to graduate students.•Develop and implement semester trainings via Canvas for Peer Educators following College Reading & Learning Association (CRLA) guidelines. •Coordinate marketing with faculty and campus partners to ensure our tutoring services meet the needs of students.•Plan and assess Peer Educator progress through one-on-one meetings, end-of-session surveys, and observations throughout the semester. •Compile and sort appointment data from WCOnline scheduling platform into excel spreadsheets for budgeting projection. •Serve on multiple search committees for open positions within the Undergradaute Education and Academic Support department. •Collaborate with fellow department colleagues to provide various events for the first “Student Staff Appreciation Week”. •Presented on “Decolonizing Student Success” at the Maryland College Learning Center Association (MDCLCA) annual conference.

• Assisted first-year students through biweekly online meetings to navigate academic and personal goals as well as challenges related to the shift in online courses.• Utilized Growth Mindset and Positive Psychology frameworks in order to holistically meet students needs. • Presented workshops to a range of students on topics including mindfulness, tools for online learning and how to create a positive learning environment. • Facilitated and schedule biweekly student Instagram takeovers to provide information and engage fellow students on campus. • Participated in Tulane University Care meetings to discuss outreach and support for at-risk students with an overall goal to assess retention. • Created and collaborated with an undergraduate student to develop an online course through Canvas for students providing them with resources and tools for a successful hybrid semester.

Review current undergraduate student, graduate student, and alumni resume for corrections.Facilitate and provide feedback on mock interviews for undergraduate students. Meet one on one with current undergraduate students and graduate students in assisting with their career exploration needs.

Supported the Orientation Team through logistical support. Provided mentorship to the orientation leaders and leadership team. Adapted to day to day changes and challenges throughout June and August orientation days.

Provided one-on-one academic support during weekly and biweekly with students who are currently placed on Continued Probation & Early Alert to strengthen any academic areas of need.
