MarketLink is a program of the National Association of Farmers Market Nutrition Programs (NAFMNP) launched in 2013 to connect farmers, markets, and consumers through technology. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) set a goal to increase the acceptance of the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly known as Food Stamps) at farmers markets nationwide, and awarded a contract to NAFMNP to work towards this end. The MarketLink program was developed out of this collaboration. MarketLink is an innovative solution that will help farmers grow their business, markets increase their customer base, and shoppers increase their consumption of fresh produce.

Establish educational programs in keeping with mission of organization, brand development, program and service definition and execution, collaboration with wide variety of stakeholders. Fundraising and organizational coordination, administration, and financial management of nonprofit organization dedicated to improving Maryland farmers markets.

Manage Farmers' Market Nutrition Program, a federal grant program to provide checks to low-income women, infants, children & seniors to spend on fresh produce at Maryland farmers' markets; work with Marketing colleagues to promote Maryland agriculture through various venues, including the state branding program Maryland's Best (www.marylandsbest.net).

Analyzed the effectiveness of US foreign assistance through multiple initiatives, most notably the MCC Monitor.

Supported the full spectrum of international deployment of analysts from trip planning to tax consequences.

Managed multiple USAID contracts in Latin America and Asia.
