Club Chef is a produce manufacturing company that was located in the west end of Cincinnati. Producing cut, sliced and diced vegetables and fruits for a variety of fast food companies within a multi-state radius to the plant. This was the beginning of my career in Human Resources through the realization of the opportunities to become part of a great team and work with people. My responsibilities included; conducting employee selection, orientation and onboarding, employee retention, operations labor planning, collective bargaining, benefits and workers compensation in an environment that embraced many different cultures from all over the world.
