• Serve as a seasoned corporate recruiter for Harman Professional Solutions division (Engineering and R&D). This includes hiring a variety of technical and non-technical positions for several locations across the country.• Identify candidates through multiple sources, including social networking sites, employee referrals, alumni, networking, etc.• Types of hires include, but are not limited to: Firmware Engineers, Software Engineers, DSP Engineers, Power Engineers, Mobility and Cloud Architects, Systems Engineers, Data Analyst, Document Control specialist, Project Managers, Business Analyst, Solutions Architects, Security Architects and all levels of Programmers / Developers in different languages.
